Warranty and Shipping

These terms apply to Albero Oy / GAS Guitarworks e-commerce and sales. We reserve the right to change prices, shipping costs, and terms without prior notice.
1. Prices and Orders
All prices in the online store include the applicable value-added tax (25.5%).
We reserve the right to change prices and to correct any obvious pricing errors.
Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order becomes binding once you have received the confirmation.
2. Delivery
We deliver products via Posti or Matkahuolto to your chosen pickup point or by home delivery.
- Orders over €300 are delivered free of charge to a pickup point within Finland.
- The estimated delivery time for in-stock products is 2–5 business days.
- The delivery time for custom instruments will be agreed upon when placing the order.
You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.
3. Payment Methods
You can pay for your order securely using the following payment methods:
- Paytrail – online banking, card payments, and invoice or installment options
- Stripe – major debit and credit cards
- PayPal – payments via PayPal account or cards
- Resurs Bank – invoice and installment payment options
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment service providers. Resurs Bank offers flexible payment options, allowing you to pay by invoice or in installments.

4. Warranty – New and Custom Instruments
Custom guitars and new instruments come with a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the original owner.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. frets, nuts, pots, switches, pickups, finish fading, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper storage, lack of maintenance, weather conditions, or mishandling
- Modifications or repairs made by the owner or third parties
- Damage resulting from accidents or misuse
All potential warranty repairs are primarily carried out at the GAS Guitarworks workshop.
For warranty repairs, we cover shipping costs both ways. If no warranty-covered defect is found during inspection, shipping and inspection costs will be charged according to the current price list.
The warranty is valid only for the original owner who has registered the instrument. It is non-transferable in the event of a change of ownership. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

5. Used Products
Used instruments and accessories are sold as is at the time of sale. They do not come with a warranty unless otherwise stated.
All used products are inspected and serviced before being offered for sale.
The VAT on used products is applied according to the margin scheme. VAT is included in the price but is not itemized, and the buyer cannot deduct it.
6. Returns and Cancellations (Distance Selling)
Consumers have the right to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of receiving it.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and carefully packaged.
- The right of return does not apply to custom-made instruments or products that have been specially modified.
- Returns must be notified in advance by email, after which we will provide detailed return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective.
A shipment that is not collected is not considered a return. In such cases, delivery and handling costs will be charged.
7. Transport Damages
Please check the package at the pickup point immediately upon receipt.
If the package is damaged, file a claim immediately and then contact our customer service.
If the delivery is made to your home, report any damage to the driver upon delivery.
