GAS Guitarworks – Official Rules of the Guitar Giveaway

Competition Organizer:
GAS Guitarworks (Albero Oy)

Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of GAS Guitarworks, their family members, and employees of companies or organizations involved in organizing the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Participation Period:
The giveaway is open for entries from November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Finnish time).

Prize:
The prize is one Viva La Prima by GAS Guitarworks handmade custom guitar, valued at €4,250.00 (including taxes). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

How to Participate:
Participation in the giveaway is completed by subscribing to the GAS Guitarworks newsletter. Participation is free of charge. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses offensive or inappropriate language on GAS Guitarworks’ social media channels. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these rules.

Winner Selection and Prize Delivery:
The winner will be drawn from among all participants who subscribed to the newsletter during the participation period and whose subscription is active at the time of the draw. The draw will take place within one (1) week after the giveaway ends. Newsletter subscriptions canceled prior to the draw will exclude the participant from the giveaway.

The winner will be notified personally by email. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) weeks of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

Processing of Personal Data:
Personal data provided by participants will be used for sending the GAS Guitarworks newsletter, administering the giveaway, and delivering the prize. Newsletter subscriptions can be canceled at any time. More information about the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy.

Taxation:
GAS Guitarworks is responsible for statutory taxes related to the prize in accordance with Finnish legislation. Any customs duties or additional costs incurred for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the winner.

Changes to the Rules:
GAS Guitarworks reserves the right to amend the rules of the giveaway. Changes will not affect entries that have already been accepted.
